The website I did was the music artist Common. His website was produced to both promote his music and inform his fans on other projects he has participated or is going to participate in. His website easily does this by having an easy tool bar that guides its users from one page to another. The tone of the page is very mellow. It reflects the style of Common. His home page does not overwhelm you with many different designs and bright flashy objects. His entire website has a grey scale and gives you just the right amount of color. Along with his navigation bar his home page also has links that take you to different pages. This simplicity to his page is what makes people attract to it.

In this film I edited to inform its viewers about the Bill Picket Riding Academy and its goals. In the film it also talks about some of the information students get out of the Academy such as Black Cowboys and how horses mirror our emotions.

In this video the story is about a young girl who is in a relationship with an older guy. The mother does not like the relationship because of the age difference. The mother then confronts her daught about the relationship and they get into an argument. The daughter is left to think about things and comes to the decision that she needs to leave her relationship. She confronts her boyfriend and they get into an argument. She leaves him and her and her mother end in a happy relationship.

In my video some of the clips don’t have a smooth transition but I did that on purpose to dramatize the argument scenes.

My Project 2

This website is for a musical artist by the name of Musical Heaven. In order to make this page I took two copies of the same picture and layered them on top of each other. The bottem layer is the original picture and the top layer is a liquified version of the picture to get the heaven like picture. I also made the picture a little grainy. I then took another picture of Musical Heaven and cropped it to just have her head and faded it as to put more of a heaven/angel like feature to the picture. I then placed her name and all of the links that would be needed for a musical artists.
